2 Million PS2s in 2 Days?

In a recent interview with Reuters, Kiyoshi Yamakawa, who is described as a corporate adviser to Sony, had this to say:

"We think it would be even more successful than our PlayStation I. PlayStation II will be a platform for other appliances in the household. It will work with e-commerce and would be along with electronic games."

And then he adds, "The company hopes to sell two million units in the first two days of the launch."

Comment: Of course Sony will sell this amount. Now, for the bastard that needs to get the smacketh layeth down on his ass. Listen up, dumbass: Sony has sold 80 million Playstation's throughout the world. Now let's see- I bet you don't recognize how shitty the DC is doing in Japan, do you? How many DC's have been sold to date worldwide? 2 million? And how many times has Sega screwed itself in the ass by releasing shit hardware (Saturn) and shit upgrades (32X, SegaCD)? By the way, you probably haven't figured out that the price of the PS2 at launch in Japan is the EXACT SAME PRICE that the original Playstation launched at in Japan years ago. The story of the PS has since become history. Keep on playing Code:Veronica- a little under a year from now the state of the DC will be Code: We're Losing to PS2 at a sales ratio of 25:1.
