Reiselaid Preview

GameInformer kicked up a fat preview of Konami’s upcoming PS2 RPG Reiselaid. They also posted new screens of the game.
Here’s a bit of their preview:

"Konami throws its sword in the ring, with Reiselied: Ephemeral Fantasia for the PS-2, a story with mystery abounding. However, the real mystery is how well it will do its part in the redefinition of RPGs and games alike.

The story gives out the usual line of a hero and his sidekick entering a world full of mystique and magic (in this case it's an island). If nobody sounds amazed, it's probably because it's a bit old-hat to RPGers by now. Regardless, Maus, the bard/thief/hero, ends up writing a wedding song for princess Lolayu - whose deep dark secret must surely be the reason behind her withdrawn ways. Along with his companion Lumi, Maus must get to the bottom of that dilemma as well as how the other women he keeps meeting figure into things."
