Sony to Ship 500,000 PS2s a Month

According to Bloomberg Japan, Sony plans to ship 500,000 PS2 units every month after the Japanese release. For the launch there will be 1 million units ready to go.

Comment: 500,000 a month isn't that about3,500,000 units not 1,000,000 units. And if so a one million units don't they plan to sell maore than 1,000,000 units within the first to days.
