IGN smacked up an article about all the extra goods in TTT.
Here’s a bit of it:

Theater
Tekken Tag Tournament's Theater option will open up once the player beats the game with any of the game's characters. Unlike Dead or Alive 2, players can cheat and put the game on the easiest difficulty setting, cut down the number of rounds, and lower the time limit to make things easier.
With this option, players will have the opportunity to view the ending animations for the characters that they have beaten the game with, including the same endings with the characters' other outfits. Furthermore, it gives the player the chance to view any of the four different movies: Opening Movie, Arcade Movie, EMBU, and EMBU2. Last, but not least, there's a music player that allows gamers to listen to the game's excellent musical soundtrack.
