According to Core Sony will release an USB mouse this July in Japan.

| well certain types of games will just work better with a mouse,FPS are perfect examples and if new innovation in games require it as well,then what's wrong with having one? just because the device is used on a PC,it will not turn the PS2 into a computer. PC has use of game pads but it's not a console for that matter,far from it. i expect other third parties to make them too,so there won't be just one choice / type... | |

| PS2 should be used for every aspect of entertainment it deliverys. gaming internet dvd music etc |

| It MUST ONLY be used for the DVD function, not for games. PSX2 must NOT become the PC2! We've got the X-Box for that title! But 1 question , who of you is really going to buy the X-Box? |
