Quake3 on PS2?

Stomped kicked up an interview with id Sofware's CEO Todd Hollenshead.
Here’s a bit of the interview
Stomped: Any chance to see any other id products on other next-generation consoles like PS2, Dolphin or whatever they are going to call it, or Xbox?Full interview
Hollenshead: Well, we don't have dev kits for any of those yet so we haven't really started working on anything. I know that John Carmack is on the technical advisory board for Xbox but I really don't know what the lastest is on what the anticipated specs are for Dolphin and we really haven't put a lot of thought into it. But I think we will have an announcement pretty soon about plans for Quake 3 on the Playstation 2.

| IF QUAKE comes for Playstation 2 then they could upgrade it from the Dreamcast or PC versions and maybe add more levels which will make it a better version because Ps2 IS that damn good. | |
