CART Fury for PS2

Gamespot reports that Midway will bring its arcade racer, CART Fury, to the PS2.

| Oh no, I played this game at ECTS, and it sucks... It's funny for a whole 2 times, and then becomes very boring to play! For some some reason, realistic dynamics have been thrown out of the window, and they have gone for cartoon style dynamics. On the steering wheel, the driver is given to nitro boosts which they can use until they are depleated, once the player crossers the start finish the boost if filled back up for the player to use! The just doesn't make the game fun to play, it makes it feel really stupid. The games plays like motortoon GP on the play station, ( if you remember it) for a cart game I thought have they would have tired to stick as close as possible to real cart racing. They have real drivers and some real tracks, and then all the rest is made up, and it sucks. The game was tucked away in the corner of the Midway stand at ECTS. Thats how much they thought of it...
