NFL Gameday 2001 review

Aaron kicked up a review of 989’s NFL Gameday 2001.
Here’s a bit:
I was pleasantly surprised when I found it wasn't terribly difficult to break through the line and put some pressure on the quarterback, sadly my joy turned to sorrow when I tried to actually tackle him. Just when you are within striking distance, your attack on the quarterback is quickly turned back when he performs the maneuver known as "raising his arm to throw the ball". This unexpected move causes EVERYONE on the defensive line to simultaneously jump up with their hands in the air (and wave them all around like they just don't care). Since jumping kills any forward momentum you may have had, the quarterback simply steps to the side and throws a touchdown pass. After showcasing its horrendous gameplay, Gameday gives up back to back touchdowns and goes into halftime down 23-0.Full review

| i think gameday at least 7.1 because it may not be up there with most of the games but its good i think the graphics are 7 gameplay 7 sound 5 funfactor is 7 overall7.1 there done! ps: i played it the end. |
