Gamepen had a chat with Gwen Marker, Consumer PR Spokesperson for Sega of America.
Here’s a bit of the interesting interview:
GamePen: The announcement states that Sega will be developing for the Game Boy Advance and PlayStation 2 and is currently negotiating with Microsoft and Nintendo for the GAMECUBE and Xbox. Will titles released for one console be released for all of them? Will Sega be favoring one console over another?Full interview
Gwen/Sega: We will review our games for different platforms on a case by case basis. We will also look at the local market to determine if a game should be released. For example, while Virtua Fighter 4 will be released for the PlayStation 2 worldwide, the Sakura Wars title and the Let's Make a Pro Sports Team series will be made for Japan only. There is currently no preference to make games for one platform over another.

| Rember the last letter i wrote. I said that i would give you a non biest view of which is better out of the dc DOA2 of the pst one. Well i would say that the playstation2 has better alround anti analizing but the dc tends to focus on the people. But although i have not been able to try it on 60 hz yet the colour looks good on the ps2 version. But at the end of the day it is the gameplay that counts and i think due to the extra features the ps2 version is better. But then again the controlls on the dc are very easy to use. They are equal. | |

| soon i will be getting dead or alive 2 for the ps2, i know this may not have anything to do with what i should be writing about, but i wanted to give the public a non biest view on which of the doa2 is better. So read another one of my comments on feb the 3 and see which one, the ps2 or the dc is better. Because i have no pref between the DC or the PS2 and i have both games ready to be played. So be there on feb the third. Later | |
