First Final Fantasy X Direct Feed Video

IGn posted a brand-new direct-feed video of the upcoming Final Fantasy game. It's looking pretty awesome. The video is a bit large...21 Megs to be exact. Most of it is movie sequences, but the parts that have gameplay footage in it are amazing! If you don't have broadband it could take a while for the download.

The video mixes CG with realtime footage, and although Square's CG artists have shown once again that they're masters at what they do, the folks behind the real time stuff are catching up (thanks in part to the new system powering their game). You'll find a few cinematic sequences, both pre-rendered and real time, along with battle sequences showcasing a variety of effects and beasts. If you look closely, you can see a few sections where the game transitions instantly between real time and CG.
