i tried to go to the gamecube's sight but there's nothing about it over there.

Or Nintendo could pull a Microsoft. Anyone remember when Microsoft sued some boy for registering the name Micros0ft.com or Micr0s0ft.com I can't remember which. Anyways, they just sued until the boy couldn't afford the legal fee's, if I remember right.
