He has been "silenced" by Sonys "MIB" special forces for revealing the hidden meaning of their slogan.

Mr. Eye, you had better move from your current location. A commando team has been dispatched, and will be there presently.

Any others who have been determined to be "infected" with Racer's propaganda will be dealt with accordingly.

It is really strange why it wont work, but this is the double meaning

The PS2 doesnt have an OFF switch. It only has open tray button and reset button. To turn the PS2 off, you have to hold the reset button.

Their slogan is, 'Can turn it on, cant turn it off'

I was thinking that they were clever in saying that you cant turn it off, because, well, you cant, sorta, I found it kinda coool anyway.

Yes, it does, but you dont really use it to turn the machine off.
