Infinite shields and turbos
At the main menu, press L1 + R1, L2 + R2, L1 + L2, R1 + R2. If you entered the code correctly, an "Unlimited Energy/Turbo" message will appear. Note: The effects of this code only last for one race and must be re-enabled before the start of the next race.

Infinite ammunition and StarCom team
At the team selection screen or the screen with the League Race and XG Mall options, press L2, R2, L1, R1, L2 + R2, L1 + R1 to unlock the StarCom team. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Unlimited ammunition will be available in one or two player games. This is especially useful when paired with the Rear Blaster item. Note: This also unlocks the StarCom team.

Double prize money
At the main menu, press L1 + L2, R1 + R2, R1 + R2, L1 + L2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.

Quick start
To get a jump start when you begin a race, hold Forward during the countdown without pressing Gas. As soon as "Go" appears, hit the accelerator.

Unlock Tracks
Go to main menue and press :
L1, L1, L2, L2, R2, R2, R1, R1, THEN PRESS L1+R1+L2+R2
A message will appear if this is done properly.
