Thunderstrike review
Posted by @ 3:01 AM, EDT
We added a review of Eidoss helicopter-sim Thunderstrike:

Once on a mission you are forced to put your knowledge of the mission, your flying and combat skills all together, and do it quickly at that. The game is very unforgiving when it comes to easing you into combat, and youll quickly find yourself outnumbered in almost every level. This is where the game gets frustrating youre going to die, and youre going to die a lot. This problem is exacerbated by having to go all the way back to the main menu and suffering through many load screens before getting back into the thick of things.

I love this game. I had avoided buying this because of numerous negative reviews but picked it up for a bargain price at a local store yesterday. I'm sorry that I waited so long. This game is great. Everyone keeps talking about how bad the controls are and how hard the levels are. They must be playing some other game. I've completed 4 missions so far and yes I had to redo each of them but they where fun everytime and a perfect challenge. I was never bored. What could be cooler than flying around in a hi-tech chopper blowing up thing. Way cool. Control are easy to get use to, they resemble the controls of a real chopper, Graphics are good, explosions and sounds effect are fine by me. Buy this game. At $19.99 in most stores it a steal.
