More on Raven...
Posted by @ 5:12 PM, EST
Raven's Jake Simpson updated his .plan again with some new PS2 realated stuff:

"So, Monolith are doing a version of their Lith Engine for the PSX2 eh? I don't recall seeing any official announcment of that anywhere. Maybe it's just me, but I think that's a pretty significant thing. "As Mike stated in his e-mail, LithTech 2.0 PC is pretty much done (PSX2 LithTech was unaffected)" from an interview on Voodoo Extreme with Dan Miller. So far we have Tim and the guys doing an Unreal Tourney Engine port for the PSX2, we have Jason Hall and Co. doing Lith Tech and then there's us that have made an announcement. I wonder how many other PC developers are hard at work unlocking the secrets of the PSX2?

For the record, (and since I've received numerous emails about this) there is nothing I can tell anyone about what we will be doing on the PSX2 yet. We haven't decided on an Engine, a game, or any kind of delivery date. So far we are just exploring the inner workings of the machine, with an aim to getting a feel for it, and what we can expect out of it. Assigned to this is Gil Gribb, our technical Wizard (tm), Code King(tm) Pat Lipo and myself, spearheading the effort. Since we are all involved in the frantic race to finish up SOF to some degree, our attention to the new project is not as constant as I would like. But that should all settle down in a couple of weeks or so."

Thanks to Voodooextreme for finding this info.
