Comment: I also have noticed that since the screws holding the PS2 together are hidden underneath the plastic. Hence when some sort of MOD chip comes out, it will be required to "deface" the PS2 casing in order allow for the circuit board innards to be reached. Damn smart Sony, damn smart ....
