PS2 F1 game from Psygnosis?

dug up some info:

There's a very good chance they're working on an F1 game for the PlayStation2 launch," said a highly placed insider on the showfloor of the Games Developer's Conference, Thursday. "WipEout is coming along nicely."

Comment: Let's face it to me Sports games rulz when it comes to Video Games! So You can take your little Flight Simulator game and turn it sideways for me and you should know the rest by now! If we wanted to watch a DVD movie we would be watching a movie and not trying to play a video game! Sony must be crazy and it's just another way of getting us to spend more money then we should have to in my book! So come on give us Phat games not all your lame side show stuff! Comment: Hi, all I know for a fact that they are working on F1 for the PS2, also Wipeout X is on the way! I know this because I use to work for Psygnosis, and these details where already in development, Especailly the F1 game, which has been in development since early 1998.
