ESPN X Games-Snowboarding for PS2

Konami just sent in a press release and some screens of their PS2 Snowboard game.
A few parts from the press release:

ESPN is set to flex its video game muscles as the worldwide leader in sports previews ESPN X Games - Snowboarding, an exciting, adrenaline-pumping title for PlayStation 2 that is designed to showcase the power of the highly anticipated system. Built on the foundation of ESPN's Winter X Games, the cornerstone of pro snowboarding competition, this game allows players to both explore and speed through an endless mountain of snowboarding possibilities. By combining the wit and insight of ESPN with incredibly realistic graphics, smooth animations, and fluid gameplay, the game captures all of the pulse-racing speed, high-flying acrobatics, and hardcore attitude of this popular winter sport. A revolutionary gaming experience, ESPN X Games-Snowboarding will be one of several action-packed ESPN titles planned to be released for the PS2 over the next year


Some game features:

4 different Winter X Snowboarding Events - - Allows players to test their skill in the Big Air, Border Cross, Halfpipe and Slopestyle. Each course is custom designed with all the key riders in each specific event, along with all their latest gear.

1 Full-ESPN Integration - - Authentic ESPN coverage includes recognizable ESPN Winter X broadcast presentation featuring live commentary from the pros. Play from traditional video game camera angles, or select from authentic ESPN camera positions

The game is expected to hit stores this November for a suggested retail price of $49.99.

to my known recollection...tracing ip's for submitting anonymous information via regulated tcp/ip protocal across a network of any kind without having the information provider's discretionary permission IS a minor, but still, a federal offense...also, the terminal connection your acquiring the ip address from is an unsecured location in a university campus where many individuals have access to it...so you cannot hold me, as a lone individual, solely responsible for what appears in this forum. Display this ip address or other personal information here again...i will be forced to contact your remote host of the violations you have made...nahhh just kidding...i'll stop, really.

systems are getting so hard to develop now and require so much resources such as money, people, and time...only large corporations such as microsoft and sony will be able to give what it takes to program games in the future...no third party support will be present.

There's nothing wrong with PS2, it's just that developers have only just started working on it. Don't expect the first generation games to be out of this world. Even the Dreamcast hasn't reached it's full potential yet.
