Hang on a sec. Psygnosis was the co-publisher with Sony, not a developer. It was developed by Studio 33. Sorry about that little hickup. I should think more carfully before I go in head first!

Yes F1'99 was published by sony but it was developed by Psignosis. As was stated, the reason the games don't work is because developers didn't follow certain guidlines. Remember that the games listed are Japanese versions.

I admit F1'98 was a real dissapointment, but F1'97 still remains the best.

Hi Phillip, F1 and F1'97 both work fine. I have both of these. The reason I have both of them is because I worked on both of them! You can see my name in the credits. I have no idea about F1'98, that was terrible and I had nothing to do with that!

It's got F1 99 listed on there. Does this meen F198 and F197 won't work as well? I know the list of games are for the Japan console, but I can't help being a little worried all the same. Overall, I'm happy with what I've seen and heard of PS2 and will buy one eventualy, when It is released to New Zealand in late Sept/early Oct.
