Golf Paradise Impressions

In the end, I wasn't expecting too much from Golf Paradise, but it turned out better than I expected. The camera system and the story mode are excellent features that I would like to see in all golf games. However, I find the difficulty hitting driver tee shots a little hard to forgive. Also, the lack of character in the characters detracts from the game somewhat. Combining these with other lesser factors leaves me feeling slightly detached from the game. You either like golf games or you don't, but with the good ones, you find yourself drawn into the game, whether its due to the characters, graphics, gameplay or a combination of all three. I just don't feel any desire to play the game, despite its positives.
