Street Fighter EX3 Speeds Up for US

IGN also reports that Capcom’s SFEX3, will be fixed for the US release. No slowdowns etc.

There is a four-point laundry list of improvements that Americans can look forward to come October 26, 2000. The first and most significant of the changes is the acceleration of frame rates and the subsequent improvement in character response. In that scenario, the American version has been "fixed," or as a Capcom representative puts it, "massively improved." "There is no slowdown anymore, none," said Capcom. "I've been playing through it and I haven't seen any section with slowdown in it."Full article
