NHL 2001 preview
Posted by @ 2:40 PM, EDT
We added preview of EA’s PS2 NHL game.
Here’s a bit:

That’s right, no more disappointment after scoring your third goal and getting no special recognition. You’ll be showered with hats from the home crowd, just like in the Genesis versions. Players will also taunt each other, and according to EA have "emotional outbursts", hopefully that doesn’t mean that they will break down and cry.

No hockey game will ever be the same without the commentating of Bob Cole and Harry Neale. What EA should do is get them into the game, maybe call it Hockey Night in Canada knowing it's a B.C crew designing the game! Clearly the best commentators it would get a whole lot of us hockey freaks to buy the game. We don't even like dreamcast all that much, but can you guess why we bought it?
Their freaking NHL2k had them commentating. There could have been a better set up in speech, but we love that game!!
It's not only about playability and realism but having the fealing you're actually watching the game on t.v. in all sports.
Honestly, I hope Sega Sports creates one for the PS2 because in terms of all that, they'll have it locked down.

still looks unprofessional. As a matter of fact, i would say that you are taking a step back in terms of webpage design. Copy the webpage layout from something like ign.com or dailyradar.com, now that's what i call a good design, but trying to look like ps2web.com...please. I suggest you get someone who has at least some taste in art to help you design this site. like me. give me a call. i'll have to charge you a fee though for my efforts but it will be well worth it.
