Dead or Alive 2: Hardcore preview

Gamefan posted a hands-on preview of Tecmo’s PS2 fighter, DOA2: Hardcore.

But wait, there’s more! Tecmo has included several all-new features to spice things up a little more. First of all, players will be able to record their battles to a memory card, and show off their most righteous ass-kickings to friends (or gloat over past victories, whichever the case may be). A new cinema mode will contain new cut-scenes that give players a better idea of just where these characters came from and what they’re fighting for; and the more industrious players will be able to unlock secrets and a tantalizing gallery of CG images, which have been hidden in the game!
