Rushing
Jamal Lewis - 31 attempts for 102 yards, 3 TDs

Receiving
Todd Heap - 7 receptions for 127 yards, 1 TD

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE GAME: Jamal Lewis
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE GAME: Ray Lewis (7 tackles, 1 for loss, 1 huge game saving tackle)

Well where to start? The Browns jumped up 20-0 on 3 INTs returned for touchdowns. After the first two, I pulled Jeff Blake and put Redman in. But after Redman threw two, I put Jeff Blake back in. My defense held it's own as I got back into the game in the 3rd quarter. Down by 3 with 2 minutes left, the Browns encountered a 4th and inches. Shea was hit in the backfield by Peter Boulware, and then tackled by Ray Lewis for a huge stop. After driving down the field, Jamal Lewis who had one of his most efficient games in a while, punched it in the end zone to take a 4 point lead. After a few completions, the Ravens secondary came up big stopping his last 30 second drive.

Moline is a great player, and I bet this just raises the intensity of what should be a hell of a battle for the AFC North crown.

Week 7 Results

Winning Team: 49ers
Losing Team: Ravens
Score: 17-14

Offense
Passing: 92 yards
Rushing: 117 yards
Total: 209 yards

Jeff Blake - (5-22) for 102 yards, 5 Ints
Jamal Lewis - 27 rushes for 103 yards
some TE named Jones - 2 catches for 23 yards

Tidus played a very clean game, he's not a cheese player. He did throw to Terell about 4 times, 1 of them he caught in between 2 defenders who could have masturbated him they were close enough. Well, good game.

Oh, did I mention that everything that could possibly go wrong (his WRs catching tipped balls, his DB's catching tipped balls, his recovering all of his fumbles.) went his way?

Week 5 Results

Winners: Denver Broncos
Losers: Baltimore Ravens
Score: 13 - 10

Total Yards: 264 yards
Passing Yards: 133 yards
Rushing Yards: 131 yards

PASSING
Jeff Blake - 11-21 146 yds 1 TD 2 INTS

RUSHING
Jamal Lewis - 29 carries, 101 yards

RECEVING
Travis Taylor - 3 catches, 72 yards

Well it adds on to my awful day, but this was a close one. My defense played like they never have before, and my offense was stuffed like they never have. Rushing in the first quarter was non-existant as his dime and nickel defenses confused me and hurt my outside rushing game. But it picked up in my passing game as I hit Todd Heap and Travis Taylor down the field for a score. He beat my zone before the end of the half to make a 7-7 tie before half. In the third quarter I decided to get my running game started, and it appeared as if I was on a scoring drive when TE Jones had a clipping penalty on a 10 yard run by Jamal Lewis, making me ditch my running game on the drive and throw an interception.

Same happened in the 4th quarter when Ian Gold intercepted a Jeff Blake pass. After a mishap at safety, he was in position to win the game, and he came through. Good game, stifiling defense, good luck on the rest of the season.

Game Notes
Good game. Jiggs had me scared shitless in the first quarter the way he passed all over my secondary. Then he was stopping my run like no other. I was scared. Like always, Jiggs had some unlucky bounces. Drew Brees threw what appeared to be a touchdown pass, but the reciever dropped it into James Trapp's arms. A few drops hurt him as well. Jamal Lewis didn't put up the huge stats, but he did what his job was to do. He wasted pretty much the whole 4th quarter. This was the best defensive showing by far from the Ravens' secondary. Edward Reed (human controlled) shut down the run early with 5 key tackles in the first 5 minutes. From there, a Nickel defense worked pretty well. Drew Brees wasn't completing many passes. Some were dropped, but some were just throws into double coverage.

Even though I won this game, I feel pretty confident in saying that Jiggs is one of the best players in this league. He will be in the playoffs, and I'm sure he'll make it deep in there. Good luck the rest of the season.

Week 2 Results

Winning team: Ravens
Losing team: Chiefs
Final Score: 21-10

Baltimore Offense

Total Offense: 321 yds
Rushing Yards: 119 yds
Passing Yards: 202 yds

Jeff Blake - 13 of 22, 202 yds, 1 td, 3 int
Jamal Lewis - 26 att, 109 yds, 1 TD Long
Brandon Stokley - 3 rec, 102 yds, 1 TD

Player of the Game:

Jamal Lewis

Game Notes:

Well, this was a sloppy game in general. 7 interceptions, 1 blocked punt, 10 dropped passes by his players (1 by a wide open Tony Gonzalez.) And he still had a chance to win this game. I believe there were 4 interceptions in the end zone (2 a piece), so this game could have really gone either way.

I really didn't know how to stop Priest Holmes. He did a very good job of catching me off guard with 1st down throws or 3rd and long runs. I think Eddie Kennison ruined the passing game. Sure, I did have 4 interceptions, but like Vapor said, he was just getting frustrated that I had Peter Boulware on Tony Gonzalez. He was getting frustrated that Eddie Kennison couldn't catch. I think Priest Holmes was the only one with reliable hands out there.

When Vapor has everything clicking (which he did a few times), there isn't a defense out there that can stop him. I was unfortunate enough to find out that Ray Lewis and Peter Boulware are much, much slower than Priest Holmes. And if that wasn't bad enough, I found out that Priest Holmes runs through my cornerbacks like Terry Tate runs through his office employees.

On defense, I had a really difficult time running in the first half. for some reason Marcus Patton and Mike Maslowski were beating my tight ends and hitting Jamal Lewis in the backfield. The only thing that seemed to work was the screen pass, but I either didn't have enough time to get it to work, or Jamal Lewis dropped it. At the end of the first half I felt as if I was going to score right before the half to make it a 14-10 game but I got picked off in the end zone.

Passing wise, Vapor did a lot of blitzing, as I was sacked numerous times. Finally I resorted to hoping to get one on one in which Brandon Stokley caught a few big passes in that situation. His secondary wasn't much of a presence. If there's one thing on his defense that needs a total revamp, its his secondary. They weren't tackling Jamal Lewis when he bounced outside. They weren't doing well at covering Brandon Stokley. They just weren't effective.

But hats off to Vapor Snake. I felt that he was a better player, but things just didn't bounce his way. I feel that he's going to have a great season anyhow.

I don't have anymore stats because my PS2 froze up at the end of the game.

Week 1 Results:

Winning Team: Ravens
Losing Team: Cardinals
Final Score: 24-21 Ravens

Total Offense: 312 Yards
Rushing Yards: 109 Yards
Passing Yards: 203 Yards

Jeff Blake - 7 for 12 2TDs, 0 INTs
Jamal Lewis - 102 Yards (32 Carries)
Travis Taylor - 2 Receptions for 51 Yards(1 TD)

Notes:

Good game. Momentum switched a lot throughout the game. I took the lead, then he did. Then a minute before the end of the 1st half a 69 yard pass from Jeff Blake to Andrew Ricard gave me the lead. Then Jake Plummer threw an interception to G. Baxter who returned it for a touchdown. He came back in the 2nd half and brought it within 3. But Jamal Lewis did what he does best and closed out the game.

Cardinals:
Played very well on defense with their lack of talent. Like Spencer said, some unlucky things happened. I ran a lot, and then he brought his safeties up and Travis Taylor had his man beat on the one on one for a touchdown. Offense seemed to struggle. Never really got a running game going. Jake played well in general, but my defensive backs stepped it up when they needed to.

Ravens:
I played pretty sloppy. Some mishaps on defense let Jake Plummer throw two touchdowns. On offense, I pretty much ran until he showed he could stop me. Then I tried to pass on the third downs, which sometimes worked. Sometimes it didn't. My linebackers played very well. Hartwell, Boulware, and Ray Lewis were causing havoc on Arizona's running game. And ends McCrary and Weaver accounted for a sack a piece.

Good game.
