Indiv. stats

RB McAllister 15-41 yards
WR Horn 5-167 yards
WR Pathon 2-93 yards 1 TD

Game notes: This was a great game. Back and forth the whole way, the lead changed 3 times, 2 in the last minute. The bears came back from a 16-7 halftime deficit to take a 17-16 lead on INT for a TD by RW McQuarters. After a FG the lead was 20-16 Bears. The Saints offense finally woke up and got a big drive. Pathon made a key 3rd down conversion to keep the drive going, but after a big 3rd down sack in the red zone the Saints chances looked slim. They faced 4th down and 21 from the 22 yard line. Brooks hits Reed in the corner for the TD! However, the celebration is premature as there are 51 seconds left. The bears use great clock management and with some short dump passes to the A-train they get in the red zone. They get the TD with just 17 seconds left. The Saints never give up and make a valiant effort. After a long bomb to Horn at midfield the Saints try a desperation pass that is batted down at the goaline and the Bears win. The Saints bad luck continues as they stay winless. Good game and good luck the rest of the season.

Week 3 Results

Winning Team: Carolina
Losing Team: New Orleans
Final Score: 31-21

Game Notes:
Saints Offense

Total Offense: 226 yards
Rushing Yards: 40 yards
Passing Yards: 186 yards

QB Brooks 8-27 186 yards 1 TD
RB McAllister 12-19 yards 1 TD
WR Horn 3-84 yards
WR Pathon 3-43 1 TD

As burly said this game was a restart and the saints were a different team the 2nd time. The running game was nonexistent as Deuce had no holes and Peppers was in Brooks face all day. The Panthers ran a clinic in the running game. Foster had over a 100 yards and got hurt, but then Lamar Smith comes in and gets 3 Tds and over 70 yards. Panthers had almost 400 yards of offense. The time of poss. was 18:30 to 9:30 in favor of Carolina as they controlled the game with the run. The only highlight for the Saints was watching the Big Wiggle (aka Norman Hand) rumble and stumble 48 yards for their 1st TD. Good game Burly and I look forward to the rematch.

Week 2 Results

WR Joe Horn 3-77 yards

Game Notes: This was the worst game i have ever played, but Ricky played awesome as usual. He will do a great job of defending his title. His defense was suffocating and I could do nothing on offense. I think my mind was on the Mardi Gras holidays coming up this week and I was in no frame of mind to play. However, Ricky was flawless in his game execution. Eddie George was a stallion. He had 45 carries and over 200 yards and 3 TDs. My defense was horrible again and Brooks was pathetic getting sacked 8 times, 4 by Kearse. I think facing two of the best guys in the league has hurt me, along with awfull defense. But Ricky was ready and this one was over 2 minutes into the game. Ricky is a class act and is a true champ. Anytime you want some blowout practice let me know, because I can learn a lot from you. Good luck this season. (As if you need luck, screw that, I need luck with my team) Just kidding.

Game Notes
As shawn this was ugly. Connection problems from the beginning.
This did not happen once last year so i'll have check my computer.
As for the game, the Bucs completely controlled this one by scoring touchdowns on their 1st four drives. They quickly jumped out to a 27-0 lead with the only miscue being a missed extra point. Their defense was as good as advertised forcing 3 three and outs before the Saints could get a 1st down. Finally the Saints defense forced a stop and the offense scored their only TD. Then we got disconnected and we ended it at that. The Bucs offense is scary because they got their 400 yards in about 1 half combined from both games.

As for my team, the offense started slow but finally started to show signs of life. On the other hand the defense was horrible. I am going to have score 30 plus points to have a chance at winning any games.

Good game shawn I am going to practice with my defense and good luck to the rest of the league because Shawn was good with Houston last year but with this team he will be a contender in the NFC.
