IV. Scheduling to Play Games
Games will be played based on a schedule determined by the commissioner, if a game is not played in that timeframe the game will be played by the Conference Admin. In the case of an absent owner, it is the responsibility of the admin to play to the best of their ability. The resulting win or loss will count towards both owner’s season record.
It is the responsibility that both owners schedule a time to play their games. Please make contact to play early in the week so you can both find a time that works. Look at the opponent’s team page for best possible times for each owner. Make sure you know what time zone the owners are in (Also available at the owner’s team page). It is best to communicate with your opponent before the beginning of the gaming week (Fridays) and set up a general time to play and then maybe a more specific time the day you are supposed to play.
If an opponent does not answer your requests to play, inform the conference administrators; AFC or NFC or use the PM option through the forums to express the situation. The administrator will contact the owner and threaten to issue a warning if they don't reply.
If you forfeit 2 games you are BOOTED from the league. This avoids dead beat owners that don't take the league serious.
Please use Forum PM’s, Instant messengers and e-mails, please do not use the forum to “call” people out. If you do you will be warned and if you repeat this offense after being told not to you will be booted out of the league.
